Returns, refunds and exchanges

1. Refund, Return or Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. The item should be unworn and not used along with the original packaging.

3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.

4. No Exchange refund or return on sale items.

Please notify us via email so we are aware you are wanting to return/exchange your order.

Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

Cost of Return

The cost to return underwear is at the expense of the customer. TOM will re-send any exchanges at our cost

You must retain the postage receipt for future correspondence, we are not liable for packages getting lost in transit back to us. 

Incorrect item order

If an incorrect item is sent to you contact so we can get it sorted. You have up to 14 days post-order date to notify us that you have received an incorrect item. All garments must be returned unused.
